I want to declare to you over a 100 years ago vibrant seeds of visitation were sown thru the eternal work of God, under the anointing of the Holy Spirit, by messengers and carriers of visitation that sweep thru this region and in fact it was called the 'burnt-thru district'. I want to declare those seeds are not dead and it's time for the rain, tonight as we are gathering together, we are harmonizing, more gathered here then the 120 who tarried in Jerusalem. It's time for revival; it's time for a 100-year bloom.

Concerning the School of Prophets – Commend and recommend the little gathering that has began, believers, we have tapped into a great underground river that God intents to draw up and make a artesian spring, those springs have healing in them and they come from their own source of power. They are perpetual, I could feel it, I could taste it, and I could see we were digging it out of bedrock. There was something that there being tapped into, that is a river of God in this move, this collective you guys are networking relationally and it is not an organization, it is a living thing of the members together, there is something powerful and unique that is blessed by God in it. So I bless it and the name of the Lord. On behalf of Mahesh and our house, we bless it.

I smell revival in the air. I smell it; I can touch it.

As I said before I keep seeing a underground river, but there are layers of bedrock since the last great revival, where it became the burnt-thru district. It’s something God sovereignly did to literally wage war on cultures. The creation of social justice programs which include the women’s right to vote, all the way to the women’s movement, including the abolition of slavery. So many of those things were the result of the revival and that spirit is upon you guys. Yesterday, I could feel the Lord through you guys has drilled down and tapped an ancient river that is eternal, that he intends to gusher up and flow now and water this region.

I want to say this in the transition of ministry. New York, the very word New York says something. It was named after "York" when our forefathers, our ancestors, came from England. It was named after what was called the "new" York. And there’s always been something about the state of New York that speaks about "this is not the old - this is the new. It’s ‘new’ York."

Sitting here tonight I felt that I was to pray at the end of this message into something new that is happening in New York, because there is something new. I sensed it here; we sensed it here. I have never been to Rochester in all my life, but Laura and I woke up this morning and said, "Wow, there is something good happening here." I’m telling you that strangers that come into town can feel an open heaven. We said that we weren’t expecting this. We were expecting to fight through the demonic - you know, the second heaven - like we normally do. But I woke up going, "Alright, there are some holes punched in the heavens here!"

There is something NEW happening in New York - something new. I don’t get up here much, but I think I’m going to start getting up here more, because I like to be under an open heaven. There is an open heaven here.

So Father, I prophecy into this state, this city, this place, this region. We speak into the next move of God that’s already begun, and to the new thing that you’re doing - the wonderful thing that you’re doing. And the Lord says, "This year is the beginning of new doors, new impartation, new windows in heaven, new things, new stuff. It is the beginning of new things unprecedented in this region. It is the reaping of the sowing; it is the finding of the planting; it is the ear of corn from the grain. This year will be the gathering of the fruit that was sown with tears. This is the year of gathering in New York and Rochester. This is the year of fruitfulness. This is the year of bumper crop. This is the year of refreshment. This is the year of Me," says the Lord, "doing something extraordinarily outside the zone of the expectation of the church. This is the year of Me exalting the humble and humbling the exalted. This is the year of Me turning the scales upside down and readjusting the barometer in the church."

"This is the year of breaking you out of jail." says the Lord, "This is the year of breaking you out of mindsets and religious traditions that hold you down. This is your year of deliverance, as it was with Joseph. And you're going to hear the call of the king to come out of the prison where you've been held for 13 years to the place that I have called you to affect the community, and to affect the government and the leadership in this area." The Lord says to this group here, "You are a part of that Joseph call, and you are that Joseph that has been blindly serving Me in the dungeon, in the prison - the confines of the prison. But you are about to see the doors open, and you are about to hear someone say, ‘There’s someone in prison that I remember who has the Spirit of the Lord and might have an answer to the problem in this region.’" And the Lord says, "I am going to give you the spirit of interpretation, the spirit of dreams, the spirit of dream interpretation, as I did with Joseph. And you will interpret the nuances of the heart of the leadership in this region.

And it will be said that the church is coming in this region into power, and into understanding and into influence. And you will be like a school girl that has graduated from grade school to junior high. And you will say, ‘I'm growing up, for God has a purpose in me and for me, and He has something for me to do.’" The Lord says, "I am throwing a party - a graduation. I transitioned a shift, and you're about to come to something you've never been to before, and you're about to experience a promotion you never experienced before. So, get ready to lose the past and to gain the potential of the future. Get ready to make the transition from one place to another, from glory to glory, mountain to mountain, experience to experience, because I truly am in New York doing a new thing."

So Lord, we receive that. We thank you for new things in Jesus' name - new things, new things, new things, yes, thank you.
